Sam & Max Hit the Road is a point-and-click adventure game, developed and released by LucasArts in 1993 for DOS and Macintosh computers. The game was based on the comic book characters created by Steve Purcell. The game follows the detective duo (Sam the anthropomorphic dog, and Max the "hyperkinetic rabbity thing") across the fictional tourist traps of America in search of an escaped sasquatch.
Telltale Games announced that they are working on a sequel.
